XR UK Statement on the latest IPCC Report
February 28, 2022 by Extinction Rebellion
Today the IPCC published its latest report into the impacts of climate breakdown.
This devastating report is just the latest in a series of increasingly desperate warnings from scientists and activists. We know what is happening, we know what needs to be done and we know those in power are failing us.
Complicity must stop now. We must all put our loyalty to our children, to our planet and to the future of all life above everything else. On April 9th, XR will be out on the streets again to demand an end to the fossil fuel economy. Enough of us together can force that change. Take part. Refuse to be a bystander.
