Tom Bennett, 35, architect from East London
Tom was arrested on 20th April 2019 on Waterloo Bridge during the 2019 April Rebellion under Section 14 of the Public Order Act. He was tried on 13th November 2019 at City of London Magistrates’ Court, found guilty and given a nine month conditional discharge and £730 court costs. He was also arrested twice during the 2020 September Rebellion and was de-arrested for one with no charges resulting from the other.
