Jon was arrested on 16th April 2019 at Oxford Circus during the 2019 April Rebellion under Section 14 of the Public Order Act. He was tried on 7th January 2020 at City of London Magistrates’ Court, found guilty and given a nine month conditional discharge and an order to pay £330 court costs.
