Bea was arrested on Waterloo Bridge on 19th April 2019 during the 2019 April Rebellion. She was charged under Section 14 of the Public Order Act and tried on 23rd October 2019 at City of London Magistrates’ Court. Her case was dismissed after the judge was unable to certify that the S14 condition had been lawfully imposed.
