Roman Paluch-Machnik, 26, warehouse worker from London
Roman was arrested during the 2019 April Rebellion under Section 14 of the Public Order Act and tried at City of London Magistrates’ Court on 30th October 2019. He was found guilty and given a nine month conditional discharge and £620 court costs. He was arrested again on 10th October for an action at City Of London Airport during the 2019 October Rebellion and charged with Obstruction of the Highway. He was tried at City of London Magistrates’ Court and acquitted.
He was arrested again for aggrevated trrespass during the Murdoch Printworks action at Knowsley during the 2020 September Rebellion and is awaiting trial in the magistrates court. His crown court trial for criminal damage during an action outside the Home Office in February 2020 is scheduled to begin on 6th September 2021.
