XR Southwark New Members Induction

Join us for an introductory session if you are interested in learning more about Extinction Rebellion and taking part in the Southwark local group.

Everyone is welcome. If you have any access requirements or other considerations you would like to share with us ahead of the meeting, please get in touch.

Please arrive from 6.30pm for a 6.45pm start.

What we’ll cover:
– An intro to Extinction Rebellion and XR Southwark
– Our three demands and why we’re organising on a global scale to demand action on the climate and ecological emergency
– The principles & values that bring us together
– How we organise ourselves as a local group and how you can get more involved

Feel free to bring food. There are facilities to make hot drinks.

There will also be an opportunity to enage with our Arts group who are busy making decorations for a special Xmas protest.
