Want to save the world in 5 minutes? Send an email or write a letter to your local MP demanding for action against Climate Change.

Letter and email writing may seem old school, but hey that’s our Government. As members of parliament, our MPs are legally obliged to listen to our communications and take them into consideration. If individual MPs start to receive thousands upon thousands of letters demanding serious action against climate change, then they might start to take the Climate Emergency more seriously.

Whether you’re at an XR protest, in bed, at work or studying, we’re asking you to spend 5 minutes of your time to write an email or letter to your MP demanding that they take action against Climate Change.

To send an email to your local MP you can use https://www.writetothem.com/ , it’ll tell you who your key contacts are within your postcode and allow you to email them directly.

If you’re at the protest come and find us in Trafalgar Square. We’ll have scrap paper, envelopes and pens, so all you need to bring is your disdain for the Government and donations towards stamps if you can spare some 🙂
