“If the world is to be healed through human efforts, I am convinced it will be by ordinary people, people whose love for this life is even greater than their fear.”
Joanna Macy

We live in very challenging times with the climate crisis and the rapidly emerging dystopia.
Most of us live busy or isolated lives in which we often don’t take time to check in with each other and name challenging emotions like anger, sadness and fear. These feelings can surface in unexpected ways and bleed into our actions.
We also often don’t give adequate space to express our happiness, gratitude, love and connection.

This sharing circle provides an opportunity to sit with the edgy stuff, to share from the heart, to be witnessed and witness others in their journey – so that when we step back into our lives we come from a place of love.
The circle creates a safe container where we share authentically and witness each other without judgement. All parts of us and all feelings are welcome. All that occurs within it is confidential.

How it works
We meet fortnightly on a Friday evening.
Format: The circle will open with a very simple ritual and check in; the main part of the circle might be shaped by authentic sharing and active listening and is flexible what arises in the group. We close with a check out.
