XR Internationalist Solidarity Network

Come JOIN our Reparations Rebellion Groundings Space as part of the annual Afrikan Reparations Rebellion event of our Afrikan Heritage Communities that will again be held in Brixton, London on the 1st Mosiah (August)

The Reparations Rebellion Internationalist Solidarity Grounding (RRISOG) will be 1 of the 6 groundings spaces happening on this day along Brixton Rd.

The term groundings was popularised by Afrikan-Guyanese scholar-activist historian, Dr Walter Rodney meaning: popular education sessions with grassroots forces for organising resistance actions towards the concrete struggle for a new Society and Another World.

Our Reparations Rebellion Internationalist Solidarity Space (RRISOG) is being held by Stop the Maangamizi: We Charge Genocide/Ecocide(SMWeCGEC) together with XRISN alongside other student and youth movements in order to promote the relevance of #ReparatoryJustice and #EnvironmentalJustice works to the Pan-Afrikan advancement of #PlanetRepairs solutions to the Climate and Ecological Crises as an Anti-Racist and Social Equity matter of Global Justice for all.

We are calling on you to join us in locking-down Brixton on this day because WE are not being HEARD in our people’s demand for the UK Government to establish the All-Party Parliamentary Commission of Inquiry for Truth & Reparatory Justice (APPCITARJ) and commit to holistic reparations.

The Reparations Rebellion Groundings will also feature the SANKOFASAFARINTA Pan-Afrikan Internationalist Solidarity Street Exhibition

A number of key support roles are required including security and stewarding, first-aiders, banner-makers, illustrators, Stop The Maangamizi Petition advocates and more!

This event is supported by:
XR-Affinity All-Afrika Network

This will be a socially distanced protest event.
