On the 3rd April, people of all ages will strike from school and work, on an international scale, to demand action on the environmental catastrophe we are now living through.
The clock is ticking and we have a rapidly decreasing chance of preventing further losses. We are living through the sixth – and potentially biggest – mass extinction.
Everyone is welcome, all ages, all organisations, action may be disruptive but please keep it peaceful.
Gather between 8:15am and 8:45am at the Willowburn roundabout in Alnwick, Northumberland.
At around 9:00am we move out and will be arriving at the Alnwick Marketplace between 9:30am and 10:00am.
We will improvise on further plans depending on the turnout.
Please bring suitable clothing, and food and drinks if you want any.
Please bring placards, banners etc. if you can. That would be great.
