Come JOIN our Pan-Afrikan Reparations Rebellion Groundings of our Afrikan Heritage Communities that will again be held in Brixton, London on the 1st Mosiah (August).
The term groundings was popularised by Afrikan-Guyanese scholar-activist historian, Dr Walter Rodney meaning: popular education sessions with grassroots forces for organising resistance actions towards the concrete struggle for a new Society and Another World.
✊🏿 On Sunday 1st Mosiah (August) Brixton will be become a Global Citizens Garden – a day of edutainment, music, art and peoples assemblies celebrating the 5 continents of Afrika, Abya Yala, Asia, and Europe, and Oceania.
Please be aware that local facilities may be limited on the day. Please come as self-sufficient as possible bringing your own water, lunch/food, refreshments, sunscreen, a cushion or chair to sit on, a musical instrument or drum to make some noise, mask and hand sanitisers… even better still… bring these things to donate/share with others!
🚧 Extinction Rebellion has been asked to support 1st August Pan-Afrikan Reparations Rebellion Groundings (PARRG) by clearing and blocking traffic on Brixton Road to hold a space for the days events.
